The main composition and working principle of vertical ring rolling machine:
1. Transmission part: the motor drives the reducer through the coupling, and the reducer drives the spindle to rotate through the universal coupling.
2. Press part: After the heated flange blank is installed on the driven shaft, the main oil cylinder on the mast pushes the driving wheel to move downward. The spindle squeezes down the cylinder to deform the heated cylinder.
3. Holding roller part: The side roller is firmly and reliably attached to the outer surface of the ring to prevent the runout of the ring due to the preformed non-roundness surface. If the wall thickness of the ring is very thin, the ring should be straightened and rolled into a perfect round shape.
4. Mobile trolley: when the cylinder forging is installed on the core roller. The moving trolley moves directly below the core roller, and the oil cylinder jacks up to support the core roller and starts rolling.
5. Hydraulic part: the piston pump is driven by the motor, and the oil filter is set on the oil suction and pressure oil and oil return to ensure the cleanliness of the oil, and the high-pressure oil is sent to the main oil cylinder and the side roller oil cylinder through the electromagnetic reversing valve to perform the action, and the pressure in the system is adjusted by the electromagnetic relief valve, and the handle is external, which conveniently controls the system pressure, and the maximum pressure of the system is 25MPa. In addition, an overflow circuit is set separately in the side roller cylinder branch to control the obstruction of the side roller to the ring member, and the hydraulic oil adopts 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
6. Electrical part: the power supply of this machine is three-phase 380V, 50HZ alternating current, which is supplied by the equipment workshop, the main motor is started by the automatic coupling step-down starter, the oil pump motor is directly started, and thermal protection is set in the circuit.
