The rotary forging machine is a machine that can realize radial oscillating rolling of the outer diameter of the tube parts with a round cross-section and the tubular container with a bottom, and the wall thickness of the part can be changed. When the part is a dense part, radial swing rolling can change its outer diameter size, and when the part is a non-dense part (e.g., powder metallurgy sintered parts), its outer diameter size can be changed and its density can be increased.
The rotary forging machine is composed of a frame-type fuselage, a downward pressure cylinder in the center of the top of the frame, a movable beam with reciprocating motion function in the middle of the frame, a workbench in the middle and lower part of the frame, and a radial swing rolling power mechanism installed on the workbench. The concave stamper in the center of the swing rolling mechanism does swing motion, and when the movable beam pushes the workpiece mandrel down, the concave stamper applies swing rolling to the outer diameter of the workpiece. The swing rolling power mechanism can be attached to the general hydraulic press, so that it has the function of swinging rolling machine with tubular parts.
