The ring rolling machine we sold in 2024 for rolling 7-meter rings has been used by customers. If you want to roll flange rings with large sizes and thin ring walls, you will have higher requirements for the ring rolling machine.

1. Equipment applicable scope and working conditions:
1. This machine can be used for hot rolling of ring-shaped parts blanks made of ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy and other materials.
2. The blank must be rolled and expanded within the forging temperature range of the part. Large rings and special rings must be expanded or multi-fire rolled. The shape and size of the blank must meet the requirements of the rolling and expanding process of the D53KS equipment. Special rings must be made according to the special blank making process, expanded or multi-fire rolling. Wall thickness difference of blank: ≤5mm.
2. The control system takes industrial computers and PLC as the core, position sensors, pressure sensors, etc. as measuring components, proportional valves, and solenoid valves as main actuating components, and is equipped with a hydraulic station control cabinet and operating console. It has automatic CAR, automatic non-CAR and adjustment working modes, and controls the target value selection function (outer diameter, middle diameter or inner diameter):
(1) Before work, the operator inputs basic parameters such as blank size and rolling target size, and the system automatically generates rolling process parameters.
(2) The system can detect, control, display, store and print various process parameters in the rolling process. The rolling parameters including the ring outer diameter, inner diameter, height, radial rolling force, axial rolling force, roll holding force, DC motor speed, etc. are displayed on the industrial computer monitor.
(3) The system has a self-diagnosis function. If the equipment fails, it will immediately alarm. The fault point will be displayed by the host computer. During the rolling process, the system can adjust the equipment and perform necessary interlocking functions according to the fault level.
(4) The human-machine dialogue interface is good and can display ring size status, rolling curve and other parameters in real time. The new console has a wider field of vision and more convenient operation.
