Commissioned by a client in March, we custom-manufactured a vertical ring rolling mill. Over the course of three months, we successfully completed its fabrication and passed in-house trial runs; all technical specifications met the design requirements. The equipment is now ready and set to be shipped to the client's site for operation.
This equipment is specially designed based on the characteristics of the customer's ring forgings and specific production process requirements, meeting their standards for dimensional accuracy, production efficiency, and equipment stability. Featuring a vertical structure and a compact overall layout, the machine occupies minimal floor space and offers ease of operation and maintenance; it is particularly well-suited for the rolling production of flanges, bearing rings, gear rings, and various types of seamless ring forgings.

Introduction to the Machine Frame of the Vertical Metal Ring Forming and Rolling Machine
1. The uprights, base, and slide utilize a welded structure; the slide is guided by rectangular guideways, and the guideway surfaces within the machine frame feature replaceable guideway plates.
2. The main oil cylinder is of the piston type; the piston rod is made of high-quality carbon steel and features a hard-chrome plated surface.
3. The guideways of the upper support slide are hand-scraped to ensure high guiding accuracy. The upper support slide features a rectangular cross-section, and the guide surfaces provide a long guiding stroke.
4. The main gearbox utilizes a standard ZQ-series speed reducer. The drive shaft is an SWC-type universal drive shaft sourced from a specialized manufacturer.
5. The lower support bearing features effective sealing, ensuring normal operation in harsh environments.
6. The rolling roller can be easily dismantled and replaced. The connection between the mandrel roll and the lower support shaft is reliable, allowing for convenient replacement and maintenance.
7. The equipment is equipped with auxiliary support. The mandrel roller employs a dual-support structure to ensure the strength and rigidity of the mandrel.

1. The electrical system is equipped with overcurrent and short-circuit protection devices. Electrical components are supplied by Delixi, ensuring reliable quality and performance.
2. A separate electrical cabinet is provided, equipped with components such as air circuit breakers and relays/contactors. The main motor utilizes a star-delta starting method.
3. Hydraulic system requirements:
1. The hydraulic system must be stable and free from oil leaks.
2. The hydraulic station is equipped with a water cooler; the user is responsible for providing the water supply.
